REFUND AND PRIVACY POLICY

Flighttech Nig.LTD is committed to delivering the highest quality digital solutions, ensuring satisfaction with every project we undertake. However, we understand that there may be instances when adjustments are necessary. Below, you'll find our refund and policy terms designed to ensure clarity and transparency in our services.1. Service Delivery
Once the project has been initiated, we begin working on the design and development of your website or payment gateway system as per the scope outlined in the agreement.
Upon completion of each stage or milestone, we will present it for your review and approval before proceeding to the next phase.
If any changes are required during the project development, we are happy to make revisions within the scope of the agreement at no additional cost.
2. Refunds
Full Refund: If the project has not yet started, we offer a full refund of any deposit made.
Partial Refund: If work has begun and you decide to cancel the project at any stage after the work has started, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of the work completed. This will be determined by the actual hours worked or the milestone that has been reached.
No Refund: Once the project is completed and approved, or the final product is delivered, refunds will not be issued. This includes any website or payment gateway systems that are fully functional and have been handed over to you.
No Refund on Third-Party Integrations: Refunds are not applicable for services or subscriptions related to third-party integrations, such as payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.), as they are governed by their own terms of service.
3. Revisions
Included Revisions: We provide a set number of revisions for each stage of the project (typically 2-3 rounds of revisions per milestone). Revisions must be within the initial scope of the project.
Additional Revisions: Any changes beyond the original scope or additional revisions required after project completion may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the project at any point. However, cancellation after significant progress has been made may result in a partial refund, depending on the work completed up to that point.
If cancellation occurs after the final product is delivered and no major issues are found, no refund will be given.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear, timely feedback and necessary materials (such as content, images, and branding guidelines) as outlined in the project agreement. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline and, in some cases, may be subject to additional charges.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that they comply with the third-party terms of service for any integrated systems, like payment gateways (Paypal, Stripe, Gpay, etc.).
6. Payment Gateway Setup
Flighttech Nig.LTD ensures that payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Flutterwave, etc.) are set up securely and properly. However, if issues arise with third-party systems after the handover, the resolution will be the responsibility of the client in collaboration with the payment gateway providers.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the project, please contact us directly. We strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to pursue mediation before considering legal action.
8. Privacy and Security
At Flighttech Nig.LTD, we take your privacy and the security of your website and payment gateway integrations seriously. We follow best practices to ensure that all data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Changes to the Refund and Policy
Flighttech Nig.LTD reserves the right to update or modify this refund and policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

The scope of the project, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon in a separate project agreement before the commencement of any work.

Feedback: You must provide timely feedback and approval for each stage of the project, including design drafts, development milestones, and final product approvals.
Payment Gateway Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party terms of service, especially for payment gateways and other integrated systems.
5. Payment Terms
A deposit or upfront payment is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and approval.
Late Payments: If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend services until the balance is settled. Late payment fees may apply, and ongoing projects may experience delays.

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon final payment, you will own the rights to the website design and its content, excluding any third-party materials or licenses (such as images, fonts, or software). We retain the right to showcase the final product in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Licenses: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website design and associated materials for the intended purposes. Any proprietary software, themes, or code developed for the project will remain the intellectual property of Flighttech Nig.LTD, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the project, including business practices, financial information, and other proprietary data.
This confidentiality obligation will continue even after the project is completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Flighttech Nig.LTD is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or damage to business operations.
We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from third-party services, such as payment gateway providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square), hosting providers, or external software.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Flighttech Nig.LTD warrants that we will perform our services in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, including but not limited to website traffic, conversions, or business revenue.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
11. Force Majeure
Flighttech Nig.LTD will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. The goal is to resolve any issues amicably and with minimal disruption.
13. Governing Law
