Upon completion of each stage or milestone, we will present it for your review and approval before proceeding to the next phase.
If any changes are required during the project development, we are happy to make revisions within the scope of the agreement at no additional cost.
2. Refunds
Full Refund: If the project has not yet started, we offer a full refund of any deposit made.
Partial Refund: If work has begun and you decide to cancel the project at any stage after the work has started, we will issue a partial refund based on the percentage of the work completed. This will be determined by the actual hours worked or the milestone that has been reached.
No Refund: Once the project is completed and approved, or the final product is delivered, refunds will not be issued. This includes any website or payment gateway systems that are fully functional and have been handed over to you.
No Refund on Third-Party Integrations: Refunds are not applicable for services or subscriptions related to third-party integrations, such as payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.), as they are governed by their own terms of service.
3. Revisions
Included Revisions: We provide a set number of revisions for each stage of the project (typically 2-3 rounds of revisions per milestone). Revisions must be within the initial scope of the project.
Additional Revisions: Any changes beyond the original scope or additional revisions required after project completion may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the project at any point. However, cancellation after significant progress has been made may result in a partial refund, depending on the work completed up to that point.
If cancellation occurs after the final product is delivered and no major issues are found, no refund will be given.
5. Client Responsibilities
